Balloon Modeller Wanted For A Fundraising Event In Winchester, Hampshire - 24^th August 2024

I’m planning a charity event with my friend, who’s brother was recently given the sad news that he has terminal glioblastoma. The event is to raise money for the brain tumour charity on the 24th August in Winchester. The event is running from 2pm which will involved children’s stalls such as tombs, face painting etc. we feel there is just something missing from this part of the event, and have decided that is a balloon maker!
