I am the entertainment coordinator for Lincoln Memorial University's Veterinary School Formal that is taking place at the this year on Saturday, 16 November, 2024.

The venue is outdoors under large tents and we are expected to have around 400-500 veterinary students and their guests. The formal is from 7pm - 11pm.
